I couldn’t recommend Archway Facilities enough. Snezana & the team are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always on hand to help. We have had Archway service our building since February 2015. At their suggestion, we started with a deep-clean – an exercise I would thoroughly recommend as it lays the foundation and basis for both sides to move forward.. They have provided us with excellent service ever since. They typically clean our building during the afternoons – however, there is always flexibility on both sides.

During this short time, any issues have been addressed immediately in a professional, friendly manner. On the occasions our ‘regular’ cleaner is absent, the alternative cover is provided, whereby we do not have the headache of ‘not being cleaned’. Telephone calls and e-mails are always responded to in a timely manner. Frequent visits are made to our facility to guarantee quality service and ensure our needs are being met – this is a small, friendly, professional company – I would highly recommend Archway for any of your needs

I am especially for the way this work was coordinated and organised. I met with (Archway) before and after the work was carried out and witnessed first-hand how hard everyone was working. Archway Facilities conducted a deep clean of the entire house leaving the house in immaculate condition throughout.

This work needed to be done before the house was sold. Subsequently, it came as no surprise when we managed to find our client a buyer within the first week of marketing the property leaving everyone feeling extremely satisfied and happy at the end result. Had the house not been cleaned to such a high standard it would not have sold so quickly or for such a good price.
