In that time the standard of cleaning, consistency, reliability and the flexibility provided by the company have been exceptional. I recall on the occasion of an inspection, I requested that the surgery had a deep clean. This was delivered with the minimum of fuss, at a reasonable price and to a high standard. The cleaners who are supplied are well trained, accommodating and flexible in their approach.

We have had Archway service our building since February 2015. At their suggestion, we started with a deep-clean – an exercise I would thoroughly recommend as it lays the foundation and basis for both sides to move forward.. They have provided us with excellent service ever since. They typically clean our building during the afternoons – however, there is always flexibility on both sides.

During this short time, any issues have been addressed immediately in a professional, friendly manner. On the occasions our ‘regular’ cleaner is absent, the alternative cover is provided, whereby we do not have the headache of ‘not being cleaned’. Telephone calls and e-mails are always responded to in a timely manner. It was very noticeable when I arrived back into the office the following Monday that there was a distinct difference in the cleaning.  The building looked a lot cleaner and also smelt very different.  As per my instructions all the window sills, skirting boards and other ledges had been cleaned to a high standard.  I was very pleased with the result.

I have found Archway Facilities to be a very efficient, hard-working team who provide a very high standard of cleaning.

Archway Facilities are our daily cleaning contractor for our 50,000 square foot office and their high standards are maintained throughout their team of Cleaning Operatives, Supervisors and Management.

We used Archway Facilities for our Student Accommodation summer cleans in Exeter, and now for weekly cleaning and they are by far the best standard of clean we have received.
